Polr

An open source URL shortener. A great non-profit and free alternative to bit.ly, TinyURL, or goo.gl. It has a modern look, themes, user admin panels, and you can even host it yourself. Similar to products like YOURLS, Polr can be hosted yourself. If you have a PHP server, you can have your own instance.
